According to the purpose, you are not just a buyer, but a friend who need to appreciate an art, so you may ask us for crafts may for gift in special occasion with minimum order in list below :

• Rattan Handcrafts in 5 (five) pcs minimum.
• Traditional Woven, 5 (five) pcs minimum.
• Pots in 5 (five) pcs minimum.
• Wooden Arts, in 10 (ten) pcs minimum.

Order in 5 – 10 pcs will be shipped out 3 days after your payment notification is received. And order in minimum pcs will shipped out by Air cargo (DHL) and will charge more in shipping cost.

But if you wish to order more or in high quantities, please call us earlier, to expect your order to be shipped out after 2 0r 3 months upon order receiving (Note : subject to every kind of products and quantity).
Order must be placed 3 months before shipping date, to ensure and negotiate the price, ability in production, shipping system and others.
The reason is subject to every product below :

• Terracotta product need sun’s rays to the best dry result.
• Wood/Rattan/Bamboo must be place in windy days about to 30 days to the best result.
• Special design of woven takes 2 weeks to 3 months in processing.
• Etc.

Handcrafts Sample  Requirements

We ready to send the sample to you if needed. All prices of Handcrafts become samples are free. But you will charge in shipping cost to your place. Sample of every motif of our handcrafts needed just to see the quality so we will send maximum 3 kind/motif of products.

Shipping Cost

AIR CARGO, use in shipping out the brochures/catalogues, products sample order, and minimum handcraft buying order or on demand by buyer. The reason is the quantity is too small/less when compare with shipping volume standard by land/sea cargo company.

LAND/SEA CARGO

The Detail Shipping Cost are subject to every country and the port arrival, and will be sent to you when first serious contact on e-mail.
Packaging in Sea/land cargo is in 20 feet minimum.

• Packing.
• Local Transportation.
• Handling and Clearance.
• Documents (COO, Invoice & Packing List, PEB).
• Bill of Leading.
• General Rate Increase (GRI)
• Fumigation (Australia and New Zealand)

Payment Method

Minimum order is special order with a little quantity, it will make the package and shipping cost will higher and you will asked the charge the normal price and shipping cost on air cargo tariff. According to the reason that we in the small town in Central Lombok, with the less Banking services, so we will accepted payment in Bank Transfer and Cash First. In high demand order (up to 100 pcs), we ask you prepaid the cost and expense minimum 40 % from total payment as down payment. Packaging

All of the orders will packaged in cartoon box. And for terracotta product will be packaged with shredded paper in, and covered by rafter wood around the box.

Shipping Method

In minimum order :

• Shipped out by air cargo (DHL or others) within 4 business days after we receive your payment order.
• For customers in Asia or International we will ship by DHL air services (take 4 business days)

Big Quantity order :

• Over 100 pcs will shipped out by land/sea cargo in Free On Board.
• All packing and local transport cost are free.
• Transport time in sending is depend to cargo schedules.

Please clearly the following information :

1. product code and quantity prefer with brief description for each product.
2. Shipping address and billing address.
3. Contact person name, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address.
4. By e-mail : please provide the above information except any high risk information like credit card. For security reason, please do not give any high risk information through e-mail, but by phone or fax. Just put your phone number in the e-mail and we will call you to get the info.

For your convenience, we accept your order in 7 days a week, by e-mail 24 hours a day.

Damages and Returns

All claim about missing or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Return are accepted only for true defects or errors for which are responsible. Defective merchandise must be returned within 2 (two) weeks of receipt and is subject to inspection. A return authorization must be issued before returned are accepted. Your account will be credited after the products are received and inspected. All your order are packed carefully and we make every effort to ensure your shipment leaves in perfect condition. And thanks to your attention, we hope our cooperation will more tight in the future.
